Cancellation & Refund Policy

TRTEX Intelligence Terminal is a corporate B2B subscription-based intelligence platform operated by Aipyram GmbH.

1. Corporate (B2B) Transactions

All purchases and subscription plans completed on TRTEX are categorized as B2B (Business-to-Business) transactions. Consequently, statutory consumer protection rights, including the 14-day cooling-off/withdrawal window, do not apply to these transactions.

2. Subscription Cancellation

Subscribers may cancel their annual membership at any time via the Customer Portal (Stripe Customer Billing Portal). Following a cancellation, your B2B Member access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. At the end of the cycle, your subscription will not renew, and your account will downgrade to the Free tier.

3. Refund Policy

No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for cancellations made mid-billing cycle. If you encounter any technical payment issues, billing errors, or double charges, please contact our corporate billing support.
