1. Scope of Service

TRTEX provides AI-assisted B2B intelligence services for the home textile industry. These services include sector news analysis, tracking of tenders and purchase requests, a trade fair calendar, a company directory and market signals. The Platform is for information purposes only and does not constitute investment advice.

2. Membership and Account

Registration may be required to access certain features of the Platform. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at sign-up. Keeping the account secure is the user’s obligation. Aipyram GmbH reserves the right to suspend an account if suspicious activity is detected.

3. Content and Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (AI-generated analyses, news, visual materials, software code) is the intellectual property of Aipyram GmbH. Copying, distributing or using the content for commercial purposes without permission is prohibited. News and analysis content may not be republished without citing the source.

4. AI Content Notice

News analyses, tender summaries and market signals on TRTEX are prepared with AI-assisted systems (large language models). This content is for information purposes and no guarantee of 100% accuracy is given. We recommend verifying the original sources before making commercial decisions.

5. Restrictions on Use

The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Crawling the Platform with automated tools (bots, scrapers).
• Attempts to gain unauthorised access to other users’ data.
• Activities that could damage the Platform’s infrastructure.
• Sharing misleading, fake or spam content.

6. Limitation of Liability

Aipyram GmbH gives no guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of the information published on the Platform. Aipyram GmbH cannot be held liable for damages arising from commercial decisions users make on the basis of information obtained through the Platform.

7. Governing Law

These terms of use are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. The courts of Germany have jurisdiction to resolve disputes.
