TRTEX Intelligence Terminal (the “Platform”) is operated by Aipyram GmbH. This privacy policy explains how your personal data is collected, used and protected when you use our platform. We act within the scope of the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
1. Data We Collect
The following data may be collected when you use our platform:
- Account information: Name, email address, company name, country (at sign-up).
- Usage data: Pages visited, click data, session durations.
- Device information: Browser type, IP address, operating system (anonymised).
- Commercial preferences: Tender categories of interest, followed trade fairs, product filters.
2. Purpose of Use
The data collected is used to provide the platform’s functionality, deliver personalised B2B intelligence, improve our tender-matching algorithm and fulfil our legal obligations. Your data is not shared with third-party advertising networks.
3. Cookies
Our platform uses technical cookies for session management and to remember user preferences. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) may be used to collect anonymous usage statistics. You can manage your cookie preferences in your browser settings.
4. Third-Party Services
Our platform runs on Hetzner server infrastructure and the Supabase data platform. Supabase Auth is used for authentication and Supabase (PostgreSQL) for data storage. These services are covered by GDPR-compliant data processing agreements (DPA).
5. Your Rights
Under the GDPR and the KVKK you have the following rights:
- The right to request access to your data
- The right to request rectification or erasure of your data
- The right to object to processing activities
- The right to request portability of your data
6. Data Retention and Security
Your data is protected on Supabase and Hetzner infrastructure with industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest). All personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days of an account deletion request.

Google Analytics and cookie consent
TRTex uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) for visit statistics. Analytics cookies are only activated if you choose "Accept" in the cookie banner; the default state is "denied" (Google Consent Mode v2).
Information collected: pages visited, session duration, referring source, approximate location (country/city), device, browser and language. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. Advertising cookies, ad personalisation and Google signals are switched off.
In addition, a cookieless visit counter runs on our own server; it does not store IP addresses in readable form.
