Hosting Provider Information and Content Notices
The binding version of this text is in Turkish.
This page explains our role as hosting provider for content published by members on trtex.com and how you can notify us of content you believe to be unlawful. It has been prepared within the framework of Article 5 of Turkish Law No. 5651 and Article 16 of the EU Digital Services Act (DSA).

2. Nature of the Service
TRTex hosts company profiles, products and virtual trade fair stands uploaded by members themselves. For this content Aipyram GmbH is a hosting provider within the meaning of Law No. 5651: it is not obliged to monitor the content it hosts or to investigate whether any unlawful activity is taking place; once duly notified of unlawful content, it takes the action required by law.
News, magazine and academy articles are TRTex’s own publications; for these we are responsible as publisher, not as hosting provider. The same notice procedure applies to this content.
3. How to Submit a Notice
You can submit your notice using the content notice form. To assess a notice, we need the following:
- The exact address of the content (a trtex.com link)
- A sufficiently substantiated explanation of why the content is unlawful
- Your name or the name of your organisation, and your email address
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that the notice is submitted in good faith
4. Assessment Process
- Every notice submitted through the form receives a tracking number.
- An initial response to the notice is given within 24 hours of receipt at the latest.
- Following the assessment, the content may remain online, have access to it disabled, or be removed. Submitting a notice does not mean that the content will be removed automatically.
- The decision is recorded; where necessary, the person who submitted the notice is informed by email. If the content is removed or access to it is disabled, the member who uploaded it is informed with a statement of reasons.
- Court orders and decisions of competent authorities are applied separately. Where a violation of personal rights is alleged, your right to apply directly to a criminal judgeship of peace under Article 9 of Law No. 5651 remains reserved.
5. Personal Data
The name and email address you provide in a notice are processed solely to assess the notice and to reply to you. Details: KVKK / GDPR Information Notice · Privacy Policy
