3,500 TRY Monthly Subsidy per Employee for Curtain Workshops — Single Application Window
KOSGEB Employment Protection Support Program is active for 2026: NACE 13-14-15-31 enterprises receive 3,500 TRY non-refundable grant per retained employee per month. Rejected applications cannot be resubmitted.
The KOSGEB Employment Protection Support Program remains open throughout 2026. Enterprises operating under NACE codes 13 (Manufacture of textiles), 14 (Wearing apparel), 15 (Leather), and 31 (Furniture) receive a non-refundable grant of 3,500 TRY per employee for each month headcount is preserved.
The single eligibility condition: Maintain the average social security premium day headcount recorded during November–December 2025 throughout 2026.
Four critical parameters to note:
- Funds cannot be withdrawn in cash — amounts are directly credited against tax office and SGK payroll premium liabilities
- Rejected applications cannot be re-filed. You have only one opportunity; the initial submission must be error-free
- Enterprises can benefit from the program only once
- The enterprise must possess no overdue liabilities owed to KOSGEB
Curtain making and sewing workshops can qualify under NACE 13 — please verify your registered primary NACE code.
The program operates exclusively for verified employment retained between January 1 and December 31, 2026.
