Method
- "Home textiles" is not a single customs code; institutions use different code sets. This dashboard works with 6-digit HS codes and states the code on every card.
- World share and rank: calculated from raw UN Comtrade data. Share is the ratio to the total of countries reporting in every year 2020–2025 (fixed panel); the raw total was not used because the number of reporting countries changes from year to year.
- Unit value: export value divided by net weight ($/kg). Weight and quality mix could not be separated.
- Bangladesh and Vietnam are missing from UN Comtrade for 2024–2025; actual shares may be slightly lower.
